Bonetti wins the 2010 Girls' British Open Amateur Championship

For the second year in a row the Girls’ British open amateur championship has been won by a French player. Alexandra Bonetti, 18, from Paris and holder of the French women’s championship, followed in the footsteps of compatriot Perrine Delacour by winning the title at Royal Belfast Golf club last week. South Africa's Connie Chen and Lara Weinstein qualified for the match play but both lost in the first round.
SA Girls to compete in Girls British Open Amateur this week

The South African Junior Team of Connie Chen, Talia Nel and Lara Weinstein arrived in Belfast, Northern Ireland, yesterday to participate in the Girls British Open Amateur at Royal Belfast - a course that Erica Lefson describes as like Woodhill golf course in a beautiful park.
World Junior Series to come to South Africa in 2011

Whilst attending the Harder German Junior Masters, which forms part of the World Junior Golf Series, Ron Boon, Chairman of the KeNako Golf and Sports Academy, announced the launch of the KeNako S.A. Junior Masters as part of the World Junior Golf Series.
